This week I wrote about Minnesota’s own marriage ammendment only to realize we don’t have only 1 bill in the house for this ammendment, we have 3!

H.F. 1871 (Drazkowski) Marriage between a man and a woman is the only domestic legal union that shall be valid or recognized in Minnesota, and constitutional amendment proposed.

H.F.1870 (Dettmer) Marriage between a man and a woman is the only domestic legal union that shall be valid or recognized in Minnesota, and constitutional amendment proposed.

H.F.1824 (Severson) Marriage between a man and a woman is the only domestic legal union that shall be valid or recognized in Minnesota, and constitutional amendment proposed.

At first reading they all appear identical.  They have all been referred to Civil Justice Committee
